Updated: Problems logging into Ladok

This has been fixed. However, some users may see an empty box instead of a list of universities to choose from. This can be fixed by restarting the browser or reloading the page by pressing Ctrl+F5.

System/Service: Ladok

Interruption:  The service that Ladok uses to select a university when logging in (SeamlessAccess) has been upgraded to a new version. This caused problems with logging in that have now been resolved.

Status: Solved
The login to Ladok for staff is working again. The regular button for selecting a university (SeamlessAccess) has been replaced with a drop-down list for the time being.
When the regular button works again, it will replace the drop-down list.

 NOTE: It may be that some people need to clear cache etc. to get the dropdown list. Clear web data in web browser | KTH Intranet
