The ticket management system RT is write protected

Tickets can no longer be managed or created in RT

Who is affected:  Employees working in groups using the ticket management system RT

How this affects you:

  • Ni new tickets can be created RT.
  • No old tickets can be managed in RT.
  • All tickets is read only.

Since 2019-03-18 KTH have a new ticket management systen called Edge. All Incoming e-mail addresses are since then forwarded til the new system. Now after 3 months the old ticket management system RT is transformed to an archive, which means that it is read only. You can no longer manage or create tickets in the old systemn RT. And RT is no longer recieving e-mail.
