Purchasing through Service Center
All purchases and procurements must comply with government, KTH and school rules and agreements. Service Center is the entrance for all types of purchases and procurements, whether it is on a framework agreement or a direct procurement.
Contact Service Center and we will make sure you get in touch with the right person to help you.
Before contacting Service Center, please ensure you have an approval from your manager to make the purchase, the name or order reference of whoever will approve the invoice in Agresso and the organizational unit code and project number from which the purchase will be paid.
We are happy to help you with purchases such as:
• Office supplies
• Ordering books
• Translation, language review and proof-reading
• KTH marketing products
For IT-related products and phone orders, please contact the IT staff at your department.
