Human Resources at the ITM School
The Human Resources team work with strategic HR-issues and administrate all employment matters, promotion matters, higher positions, health and safety issues, equality issues, scholarship issues, review travel bills, register reimbursements and expenses and other HR administration.
Our work is also to ensure that the school complies with laws and regulations and KTH’s guidelines in HR issues.
This calendar is aimed towards employees at ITM and contains deadlines and various requirement that are important to keep in mind when submitting materials to the HR-team.

Please note that when sending in documents for new employees with hourly wages, it will take at least two pay cycles to process before payment is made.
When possible, documents that are sent in later than deadline may be processed (however, no later than one day before payroll).
Rekryteringstillstånd must be submitted in paper form (original) including Head of Department's signature.
Recruitment of Researchers, Research Engineers and Administrative staff (T/A/S) must be managed by the Collaboration Group (SSG) before advertising can be done.
There are no specific deadlines for recruitment of Postdocs.
