The Faculty Board ITM welcomes the entire school faculty for a first School meeting. This is an important step in building structures for collegiality and anchoring. For two hours, you will have time to learn about the work of the Board, be updated on important changes and discuss the theme of the day:

Aspects of collegiality in relation to the upcoming report with background and proposals regarding the development of KTH's career system for teachers and researchers.

Up for discussion is for instance when, how and if the college, as it has deep expertise, should have influence over the content of positions that are advertised.

During the lunch that follows, you can also continue the discussion.

11.00-11.15 Faculty Board ITM introduce themselves and their work

11.15-12.00 Panel and audience debate on aspects of collegiality related to the promotion scheme. Ready panellists at the time of writing: Hampus Östh Gustafsson (Uppsala University) and Åse Nygren (Blekinge Institute of Technology).

12.00-13.00 Continued discussion for those who wish, with lunch.
