About the event

We live in a complex world where value chains stretch over continents. Process industries play important roles in making these value chains sustainable and resilient.

On April 26-27, KTH and Henrik Henriksson invite you to two packed days to exchange knowledge. Several keynote speakers will share their insights, and there will be presentations from industry and academia and plenty of time for networking and discussions.

As industry representatives from the process industry, you can join the two days as a conference. Doctoral students get 4,5 credits, joining as part of a PhD course.

Outcomes from the doctoral course

After a completed course, you will be able to analyze and evaluate process industrial value chains with respect to technology, economics, sustainability and robustness. You will also be able to analyze how radical and incremental changes in manufacturing processes affect sustainability goals for the value chains.
