Working Processes at ITM
ITM has decided to work according to Lean administration at the School's Office of the ITM school.
The idea of Lean in the administration is to increase the creation of values in the operation and to remove all forms of administrative overflow, wastage, uneven and burdens. Identifying problems and shortcomings and to develop and implement improvement opportunities in everyday work.
