Developing Costal Resilience, February 27
Professor Guy Nordenson, part of the New York costal resilience team working post storm Sandy, joins colleagues from KTH and the City of Stockholm to discuss the need for a multi-disciplinary approach to the development of cities in costal locations. Time: 14:00-17:30 Location: Open Lab.

KTH-Sustainability welcomes you to share your experiences and ideas for sustainability teaching and learning in higher education.

Seminar: How to write a successful application for Formas, March 5
KTH-Sustainability and Research Office welcomes you to a seminar on how to fine tune your skills in writing funding applications to Formas! Sigbritt Karlsson, Professor at KTH and former Formas evaluator, and Karin Edvardsson Björnberg, Assistant Professor at KTH who received funding last year will give you their best tips for writing a successful application. Also, a representative from Formas will present their annual open call.

Hållbart Campus söker personer som kan utveckla en grundläggande utbildning inom kemikalielagstiftning samt praktisk tillämpning av denna på labb. Utbildningen är tänkt att vara ca 2 tim och hållas på svenska och engelska minst 1 gång per termin. Möjlighet finns att utveckla utbildningsmaterialet i samarbete med KTH:s miljökonsulter. Nominate: The King’s Professor of Environmental Science 2016/2017
The King Carl XVI Gustaf Professor of Environmental Science is a visiting professorship of environmental science. Every year KTH is welcome to nominate one outstanding foreign scientist for the professorship 2016/17. The foundation grants a one-time grant of 1.2 million SEK that can be used to cover the salary, travel or accommodation for a guest professor. Please send nominations including the CV of the nominated and a motivation to sustainability@kth.se by May 1st, 2015
