Scenario LOW is valid for study period 3, 2022

The prerequisites for study period 3 (P3) are that KTH applies KTH's scenario “LOW” for education, which means that the campus is open. The students who have not been able to participate in the on-campus examination during the exam period for P2 should be referred to the re-examination period in Easter.

After 9 February

Scenario "LOW" still applies after restrictions have been lifted. Re-furnishing on campus will take place. Teaching and examination where students' learning and the opportunity to achieve intended learning objectives, which benefit from being implemented in the digital environment, continue to be implemented digitally. Apart from this, teaching and examination are to be carried out on campus.

Description of the activity area

The area includes activities that are not teaching or examination, but where students gather under KTH's direction or at KTH's premises. Examples of such activities are study-related information meetings, fairs, reception of new students, labour market days, meetings and parties.

General guidelines

Activities that may be carried out must follow the general recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Sweden.

Comprehensive guidelines due to COVID-19

LOW

Activities such as study-related information meetings, fairs, new student orientation, labour market days, meetings and parties may be carried out at KTH's premises. Corresponding activity should also be offered in digital form.

The chapter premises are open every weekday between 06:00-17:00 for self-study.

The new student orientation is carried out physically and digitally according to a customised program where special risk analyses with regard to COVID-19 are taken into consideration. Orientation activities may be carried out at KTH's premises provided that the Public Health Agency's general recommendations are followed.

During the orientation, serving in chapter premises may be carried out in accordance with the regulations for serving places.

MEDIUM

Activities such as study-related information meetings, fairs, new student orientation, labour market days, meetings and parties may be carried out at KTH's premises. Corresponding activity should also be offered in digital form.

The chapter premises are open every day between 08:00-22:00 for self-study.

There must be no activities (orientation activities can be excluded, see below) or alcohol service in the chapter premises.

The new student orientation is carried out physically and digitally according to a customised program where special risk analyses with regard to COVID-19 are taken into consideration. Orientation activities may be carried out at KTH's premises provided that the Public Health Agency's general recommendations are followed.

A small number of orientation activities without alcohol service may be carried out in chapter premises.

HIGH

Activities such as study-related information meetings, fairs, reception of new students, labour market days, meetings and parties are not allowed at KTH's premises.

The chapter premises are open every day between 08:00-22:00 for self-study.

There must be no activities or alcohol service in the chapter premises.

The new student orientation is carried out physically and digitally according to a customised program where special risk analyses with regard to COVID-19 are taken into consideration.carried out.

This means that physical presence on campus is only allowed for the most necessary administrative steps.
