Action plan in place in the IT system support for course evaluation and course analysis
Course action plans can now be initiated and managed directly in the course evaluation and analysis system, instead of through manual mailings and templates. The feature automatically informs affected roles when an action plan is started. The work is carried out in Canvas or in the administrator interface depending on the role.
The functionality to initiate and establish action plans for courses is now in place in the course evaluation and course analysis system . This means that what was previously done with manual mailings and word templates is moved into the same system as automatic course evaluations.
Action plan for courses
An action plan is an in-depth course analysis for courses that need special development. Action plans are initiated either by the course manager, examiner, program manager or head of department, or automatically by the system if the average value on the last question of the course survey is less than 3.0.
When an action plan is initiated, an email is sent to the parties concerned so that they know that work on the action plan is to begin. The head of department in question can interrupt the work in special cases.

Working with the action plan in the system
