Language updates in Canvas
Instructure, the company developing Canvas, have started updating the Swedish translation of the learning platform. The work on Swedish language translations in Canvas will continue during the spring and language updates will be made gradually.
During this period, some guides and manuals may be temporarily out of date, but we are working as best we can to keep them updated. We hope this does not cause any inconvenience. The update have among other things changed “Meddelande” to “Anslag” and “Hem” has been changed to “Startsida”.
Instructure, the company behind Canvas, are the ones that are carrying out the updates. SUNET's
SALSA (page in Swedish)
network, which includes KTH, has been involved in providing feedback on the update. SALSA is SUNETS's network for collaboration between the universities that use SUNET's LMS Canvas.
