Teacher on duty

Teacher on duty as well as other information that the exam invigilator may need during the examinations is to be reported in the following form: Teacher on duty  (only in Swedish).

At each written test, there must be at least one teacher on duty. If the examiner cannot be available at the written test, the examination must appoint at least one teacher on duty who, in the examiner's place, must be available by phone throughout the written test to be able to resolve any ambiguities regarding the written test if necessary.

  • Teachers on duty must visit the writing rooms unless there are special reasons, and the exam invigilator must be informed that the visit will not be made. If called upon, teachers on duty must also report to the writing room immediately.
  • If the teacher on duty gives supplementary information during the written test, that information must be provided to all students so that they complete the written test under equal conditions.
  • The exam invigilator has the right to request that the teacher on duty present identification when visiting the writing room.
