The project Coordinated communication to KTH-students
The group Information and service, within the Department of Educational Support (EDO), has the task of coordinating communication to KTH students with the aim of making it easier for the student to complete their studies. The work takes place in close collaboration with the Education Administration Committee (UU) and the Technical University Student Union (THS).
The project
In September 2020, the project "Coordinated communication to KTH students" started. The purpose of the project is to coordinate communication to make it easier for the student to complete their studies. Through a feasibility study, the needs and experiences of students and staff are mapped. Based on this knowledge, the project make changes in communication continuously and at the same time develop a communication strategy and coordination of the communication work based on "One KTH".
The project is managed by a steering group and carried out by a project group. Working groups are appointed if necessary based on what is to be prioritized in the area. Reporting takes place to the Education Administration Committee (UU). The project is expected to run until 1 June 2022.
