How good are we at KTH and what should we do more of, or less of? Soon it will be time for the Pedagogical Survey 2022. The recurring Pedagogical Survey focuses on the climate and thoughts of teaching staff and is a way to both understand and influence pedagogical development from a teacher's perspective.

Teaching and Learning survey

On April 5, 2022 the survey of teaching and learning will be sent out to all employees involved in KTH’s education. The survey aims to investigate qualitative and quantitative changes in perception of pedagogics and pedagogical development over time and has previously been conducted 2016 and 2019. Your participation in the survey is voluntary, however a high response rate yields a more representative result.

Background

During KTH's project with pedagogical developers at KTH's schools in 2014-2016, an initiative was taken to systematically follow the pedagogical development of KTH's teachers by means of longitudinal studies. In order to conduct this study, a questionnaire was created, which has been sent out to KTH's teaching staff (teachers, researchers and PhD students) on two different occasions - April 2016 and April 2019.

A report based on the previous surveys can be found here
