Schedule Request Form

Submission of the Schedule Request Form takes place in KOPPS (the administrative system for Course and programme directory).

Who turns in the Schedule Request Form?

Each school at KTH decides its own process. It could be, for example, the course representative or an administrator that turns in the form. Contact your director of studies for information about how it works in your department.  

Where is the Schedule Request Form?

Submission of schedule documentation takes place directly in KOPPS (the administrative system for Course and programme directory). It is important to fill in the form completly and acurately. A great portion of the information is automatically populated from the scheduling system. Go to KOPPS .

When is it due?

The Request Form for Autumn courses is due in January, and for Spring courses in June. Go the the Calendar .

How do you complete the form?

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

*Note that you MUST change the status of the Request Form to "Godkänd" (approved) or "Klar för Modul" (Ready for module scheduling) in order to make the information avaliable to the scheduling team such that we can set the schedule.*

*Note also that you must request a re-exam (omtenta) if you want it scheduled.*  

Module Schedule

Master’s Level classes are primarily conducted on a module schedule, which helps avoid conflicts between classes in the same program. There are some exceptions in the schedule, and exams do NOT adhere to the module schedule. 

Each week is divided into 25 modules, and each course is tied to particular modules. The below image shows the modules as they align with days and times.
