Submission of schedule documentation takes place directly in Kopps (the administrative system for Course and programme directory). In the event of questions on how submission takes place, please contact the Director of Studies at the current division/department.

For scheduling of courses to function, it is important that the schedule documentation is complete and filled in correctly. A large share of the information which is added in the schedule documentation is now read automatically in our scheduling system and therefore it is important that the documentation is filled in carefully and changed to "GODKÄND" or "Klar för modulschema".. Schedule documentation which is not approved, i.e. remains in draft mode is not transferred to the schedule system and is therefore not scheduled.
