You can also lock your SIM card at Tele2 yourself, then contact teleservice to pick up a new sim card at KTH Entré Drottning Kristinas väg 4, bring your id-card.

If a mobile phone is to be locked, a police report must be made and send the diarienumber and IMEI nuber from the phone.
