Zahra Kalantari appointed vice chair of new SIWI board

The Stockholm International Water Institute has appointed a new board. Professor Zahra Kalantari, director of WaterCentre@KTH, is the new vice chair of the board.
“I am honored to join the SIWI Board and contribute to a 'Water Wise World’. I look forward to collaborating with my fellow Board members, SIWI staff, and stakeholders to drive innovative solutions for global water challenges,” comments Zahra Kalantari.
The Stockholm International Water Institute and the Stockholm Water Foundation previously had a common board. Now, the two entities have separate boards. This change is intended to refine SIWI’s operations, with more focus on promoting sustainable and equitable water management globally.
