The President decides to appoint Professor Mats Wilhelmsson, ABE, as responsible for KTH's participation in the Korea-Nordic Future Challenge during the period 2024-01-01 - 2024-12-31.

The Korea Foundation for Advanced Studies (KFAS) is a South Korean foundation that, together with KTH, Uppsala University and Aalto University, has set up a leadership programme linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals for undergraduate and graduate students. There are 24 participating students in the project, four each from KTH, UU and Aalto and 12 from different Korean universities. The project is mostly delivered online, but the participants meet for a start-up week in Seoul in January/February and a final week in Finland and Sweden in August.

The assignment involves responsibility for developing a curriculum for the project, teaching and being responsible for mentors within the programme. The work is carried out together with academic leaders at Uppsala University, Aalto University and KFAS.
