Information page about ordering and cancelling mobile subscriptions and mobile broadband, as well as cancelling analogue and digital connections.
From 30 May 2024, we move to new forms when ordering telephone services. The new form uses the same system as the forms for ordering computers, software, telephones and other peripherals.
The big difference to the previous forms is that the person selected as financially responsible for the current financial project will receive an e-mail message requesting approval. Once the order is approved, a case is created and the IT department takes care of the order.
All new orders and changes to existing subscriptions within Telecom Services and Mobile Broadband are now made through one and the same form which you can find on the link below.
