Job description
In this project, we are developing methods to extract and process polymers from agricultural by-products, with the goal of creating a more sustainable alternative to fossil-based plastics. The summer job aims to assist with all parts of the process, from sample preparation to analysis of the produced materials. The tasks include literature review, sample preparation, analyses, and scientific report writing.
The work spans approximately 5 weeks. In your application, briefly explain why this project aligns with your studies and scientific interests.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in English, for the daily work
- Knowledge in polymer technology and chemical engineering·
- You are enrolled in, or has recently finalized, chemistry studies at a technical university or equivalent, in Sweden or abroad
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry/engineering chemistry is meritorious for the position.
- We are looking for a motivated, structured and self-motivated person.
- You are goal- and result-oriented and have good collaborative skills.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal skills.
