NAVET is a center at KTH aiming to navigate unexplored regions between art, technology and design. For the last year, NAVET has been welcoming broader student engagement in our activities. Since December 2024 we have organized 9 activities—workshops, performances, lectures—with students from our partner institutions. Think of this initiative as a reflection of the NAVET community's interests, not a curated program of events!

We present an open call for you to host an activity for your peers: taking place between October and December 2025.

  • You are encouraged to apply if you are a student at one of our partner institutions (KTH, KMH, SKH, Konstfack, KKH, Tekniska museet, Scenkonstmuseet).

    • We invite proposals for the following types of activities: workshops, seminars, exhibitions for your work. You choose the theme! Group applications are welcome. Our goal of is to create spaces for soft networking, resource sharing and knowledge building.

  • As a host, you'll be assisted by the NAVET team—including both faculty members and students—who will help you with event logistics, promotion, and documentation. We will find a space for your event and will do our best to accommodate your technical needs. Please note, however, your proposal must be for a finalized work, as we can't offer assistance in the production of your event.

  • You will gain valuable experience, and contribute to build a network of like-minded people. Each successful application will be awarded 1500SEK (incl. VAT).

Please complete the application form below to be considered. Note that we require a response from every individual and group member. We will be reviewing proposals based on

  • their alignment with NAVET's vision.

  • educational value,

  • applicant’s qualifications, and

  • feasibility.

Last day to apply is 15 September 2025.

Results will be shared by September 30.
