Since the beginning of the month, the school office at ABE School has a new organisation. The goal of the change is to better offer equivalent support to the school's employees regardless of departmental affiliation, while making the school office's organisation more efficient and robust.

Within the School Office ABE, all educational administration has been gathered into three groups that together form the School's Office for Student Affairs. It provides support to the school's teachers, supervisors, programme directors, director of first and second cycle eduation and director of third cycle education respectively, and students. The School's Office for Student Affairs has three group managers: Tiina Vinter, Martina Calero, and Annette Stenberg, and is led by the school's educational administrative team manager Tiina Vinter.

The Service and Event group ensures equivalent and efficient support to the entire school in matters including procurement, events, and travel bookings. Head of the group is Maria Björk Carleborg.
