Life and Career Planning
KTH's employees are offered the opportunity for life and career coaching in order to stay employable and support personal and career development. You actively apply together with your manager to the Life and Career Planning Programme, LOK, to take part in the coaching. With the support of the coach, you build an action plan for you and your future. You work on selected parts of the action plan together with your manager and coach in a final meeting, with the aim of creating personal life and career development.
Life and Career Planning programme, LOK
The Life and Career Planning (LOK) programme provides employees at KTH with individual guidance/coaching with a coach from Starck&Partner. The purpose of the coaching is to provide the employee with support in reflecting on and planning for development. The goal is to create a greater awareness of choices and decisions in life. During the coaching, the programme participant writes their own action plan as a tool for greater awareness of their opportunities and increased work/life balance.
It makes a different when the participant's manager is engaged and interested in the individual action plan that is developed. Please contact us if you would like more information on how to work actively with the action plan.
