Life and Career Planning

KTH encourages both internal and external professional mobility by offering our employees the possibility to take part in a life and career planning program.

Life and Career Planning programs come in different versions and include individual counselling/coaching. Each development program will be implemented by the employee in cooperation with a consultant from Starck&Partner and together they will establish an individual action plan.
