Taxi and group transports
Service Center can help you book a taxi for guest or if you need to make a group booking for buss and boat transfers.
Taxi
If you need a taxi for a guest, the Service Center can help you.
We need the following information about the traveler to make the booking:
- date and time,
- first and last name,
- cellphone number to the traveller,
- pick-up / drop-off address,
- flight number for traveling to / from the airport,
- the projectnumber that should be used on the invoice,
- purpose for the travel (e.g. keynote speaker at a conference, guest lecturer)
- other wishes such as high chair and extra luggage etc.
Bus and boat trips
Please contact your local administrative support, if you need help to book bus or boat transfers for larger groups.
We use KTH's contracted Taxi company or Egencia for all travel bookings.
