The trend towards reduced entrepreneurship that has characterized a number of countries now seems to have reached also Sweden. In addition, many start-ups remain solo companies and do not grow to the extent they would like. In a debate article together with Pontus Braunerhjelm and Sylvia Schwaag Serger, the Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA) Kristina Nyström proposes efforts to strengthen the supply of labour and skills to support entrepreneurs' opportunities to scale up their businesses.
