Carbon dioxide capture - The embryo of a new market.

Stockholm Exergi's promise of minus emissions is praised by many and attracts billion-dollar contracts with several "tech giants". At the same time, it is receiving some criticism from some other quarters. Fabian Levihn from INDEK interviewed in Swedish magasines Affärsvärlden and kollega.se.

Fabian Levihn, associate professor and researcher at INDEK and head of research and development at Stockholm Exergi, is interviewed in a new article the published May 17th in Swedish business magazine “Affärsvärlden” about, among other things, the upcoming carbon dioxide capture plant that is planned to be in operation in 2028 and which could give Sweden and the Nordic region an opportunity to become a leader in the export industry regarding negative emissions.

At the same time, others warn that it could become a new sinkhole for tax money - with uncertain climate benefits.
