Thomann in collaboration between Nordic Ministries of Finance and academia
INDEK’s Christian Thomann will play an important role in a new collaboration between the Nordic Ministries of Finance.
Christian Thomann is Associate Professor of Corporate Finance at INDEK, KTH. He was recently appointed—by a cabinet decision of the Swedish government—as Sweden’s delegate for economics to the Nordic Tax Research Council ( NSFR.se ).
He will serve alongside Sweden’s Director General for Taxation at the Ministry of Finance and a professor of law from Stockholm University. Together, they will contribute to strengthening Nordic cooperation on research and policy issues related to taxation.
The Nordic Tax Research Council (NSFR.se) supports and promotes research on tax policy and administration relevant to the Nordic countries.

- Niklas Ekstrand, Director General for Ministry of Finance,
- Teresa Simon Almendal, Professor of Financial Law at Stockholm University.
