Watch the fist MoManI video tutorial

The first video tutorial introducing the installation procedure for the Model Management Infrastructure (MoManI) and the GLPK solver is now available  on the OSeMOSYS website. This is the first video of the MoManI tutorial series that is being developed to facilitate distance learning and capacity building.
MoManI is an open source interface for energy systems modeling. It is available and suitable for different types of users, from policy makers and energy planners to academics. MoManI helps energy planners to construct models, manipulate data and modify, add or delete equations, operate OSeMOSYS, design and analyze scenarios and finally visualize results. Its easy-to-grasp structure supports effective capacity building activities. The user can easily edit and update any part of the modeling process: from the underlying mathematical equations of OSeMOSYS through to the visualization of results.
