The JUpiter ICy moons Explorer (JUICE) is a spacecraft developed by the European Space Agency (ESA) to study Jupiter and its icy moons. Aboard the spacecraft is the Radio & Plasma Wave Investigation (RPWI) instrument package, an international instrument consortium led by the Swedish Institute of Space Physics (IRF) in Uppsala. RPWI is designed to measure the electric field and plasma environment around the Jovian moons Europa, Callisto and Ganymede. This thesis analyzes data from the RPWI instrument collected during the Earth gravity assist maneuver in August 2024, focusing on measurements in the solar wind and Earth's plasmasphere. The measured electric field data were compared to expectations derived from independent measurements of plasma velocity and magnetic field, and calibrated to correct for instrumentation errors and interference. Calibration of the solar wind data showed strong agreement with measurements from the JUICE/JMAG instrument package, while the plasmasphere calibration results highlight potential improvements for the RPWI/LP instrument.
