Moonhouse - Preparation and analysis for a lunar landing

Abstract: The focus of this work is in the testing and preparations for deploying the so-called Moonhouse. The Moonhouse is a 3D-printed house that was supposed to land with the Resilience lander, carried and deployed from the Tenacious rover made by iSpace. The areas focused on are primarily the deployment and the conditions faced at the landing site.
The tests carried out are drop tests, deployment tests in the LUNA facility at the European Astronaut Center as well as deploying the house in vacuum. Furthermore the illumination and camera conditions have been investigated using ephemeris data and Unreal Engine to create an environment for this
