The HR team is a support function for the school's managers and employees in various personnel matters. The team belongs to the operational support of ABE School and is located at Teknikringen 74D.
The HR team at ABE School is a centrally located support function that belongs to the operational support. Our group consists of HR officers, HR administrators, and HR manager.
Our goal is to provide professional support to the organization in HR matters by focusing on improved quality and legal certainty in the processes.
Our mission is to support the organization in areas such as recruitment, employment, onboarding, working environment, rehabilitation, and salary administration. We update processes and procedures and provide information on laws, agreements, and regulations.
