Seminar: What you need to know to win an ERC

Even though there are as many ways to write a proposal to the European Research Council as there are applicants, experience says there are better ways than others. The ERC is very competitive and by being strategic you can make your proposal stand out.

The seminar shares KTH: s experience from the last ten years from an international perspective, complemented by insights from researchers who have been successful in applying, but also participating in ERC panels. Senior Research Advisor Gustav Sigeman, RSO, gives a general introduction to ERC, its history, types of grants, how it is different from national funding, and shares KTH:s history of ERC from an international perspective.
