The Stockholm Trio Postdoc Symposium 2026, “From Discovery to Impact: Navigating Modern Life Science Careers,” brings together early-career researchers from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Karolinska Institutet and Stockholm University.
The programme includes keynote and invited talks, research presentations, poster and lightning talk sessions, career-focused discussions and networking opportunities. Participants will have the opportunity to present their research, connect with researchers across the Stockholm Trio universities and explore different career paths within and beyond academia.
The symposium is primarily aimed at postdoctoral researchers and senior PhD candidates from the three Stockholm Trio universities. Participation is free, but registration is required. Abstract submissions for research presentations and posters are also welcome.
The programme also includes activities connected to Nobel Calling Stockholm, including Meet the Scientists and the Nobel Discovery Challenge, where teams of early career researchers present their research to a public audience and develop creative ways of communicating Nobel Prize-recognized discoveries to the general public.
