Lunch 'n' Learn: Course specific information and AI 27/8
Welcome to a Lunch ‘n’ Learn session focusing on course-specific information about generative AI. KTH recommends that each course syllabus clearly states whether – and how – generative AI may be used in the course. In this webinar, you will learn the background to this decision and get tips on how to choose the right approach to AI use.

KTH’s recommendation is that every course should have course-specific information in both the syllabus and Canvas that clearly describes whether – and how – generative AI may be used.
The webinar begins with Nina Wormbs from the Faculty explaining the background to the decision.
We will then go through the four approaches (levels):
- No use of generative AI tools allowed
- Generativ AI tools only allowed in specific assignments
- Generative AI tools allowed according to given guidelines
- Free use of generative AI tools.
We will also show examples of how different courses can formulate course-specific information and how an approach can be chosen based on the course’s learning objectives and subject area.
We end with time for questions and discussion.

Note: The webinar will be held in English and recorded.
