Helthcare - Do I need a Swedish social security number to get healthcare?

If you have a Swedish personal identity number, you are covered by the same regulations as everyone else in Sweden and may book an appointment and see a doctor at the primary care centre of your choice. Healthcare is sought when you have a medical concern – routine check-ups are not standard practice in Sweden.

If you don´t have a Swedish socail scurity number you still are insured by Kammarkollegiet.
