Postdoc workshops: “How would you solve my problem?”

Would you like to...

Network with other postdocs working with life science technology topics?

Get inspired by the ourstanding guest researchers?

Solve a problem by collaborating with other participants?

... and have some delicious fika on the side!?

Welcome to the four postdoc workshops organized in autumn 2020! These events aim to promote networking and interaction between researchers working in different departments at KTH. Everyone interested in life science topics can sign up and participate in them.

Each workshop will have an invited speaker presenting their research and a related problem they have encountered. The participants will have a chance to brainstorm on this problem in groups and try to find their own solution to it. No background knowledge on the topic is needed and all you should bring is a curious mind and collaborative attitude!

Dates and invited speakers:

The places are limited to 20 and they will be filled in the order of registration. The workshops are aimed mainly at postdocs but if there are spots left, advanced PhD students are welcome to sign up as well. The participants will get a confirmation email approximately one week before the event.

Fika will be served and hand sanitizer will be available at each workshop!

Please use the separate forms to signup for the workshops in September , October , November , and December . The signups will close one week before the respective events or when the maximum number of participants (including 5 spots on waiting list) is filled.

Note! The workshops will be held at the KTH Innovation premises (Teknikringen 1) and notin the Q building as informed initially.

If you have any questions related to the workshops, please contact the organizer, Noora Isoaho ( ).

The workshops are kindly sponsored by the LST Platform collaboration grant 2020.
