You will find your contract in the booking system Mobility Online . There you can also see the address to your accommodation. 

Getting the key

When you can access you accommodation

You can pick up the key and access your accommodation from the starting date of your contract, between 1-4 pm, if the start date is a regular workday. If the starting date of your contract is on a weekend or holiday, you can pick up the key on the next regular work day. It is not possible to pick up the keys before the contract start date.

How to pick up the key

You are welcome to pick up your key, your copy of the contract and information about your accommodation at KTH Entré. Only the contract holder can collect the keys. Remember to bring your photo identification, e.g. your passport. Without an ID, you cannot collect your keys. Please see Welcome to KTH Entré  for opening hours at KTH Entré.

Purchasing a bedding kit

Bedding and linen are not included in the rent. Either you tick in the box " I wish to purchase a bedding kit" in the registration form or you just tell us, when collect the key, and you can get it straight at the counter. A set is 700 SEK and consist a duvet, a pillow, a bottom sheet, a duvet cover and a pillow cover. The set is yours to keep, we do not want it in return. We will not leave a set in the apartment for you, you need to collect it yourself.

Sending yourself packages before arriving

Your name will not be on your mailbox until move-in day, so if you would like to send yourself something, we suggest asking friends or family to send it after your arrival here. The post will not be able to deliver packages without the correct name on the door. Please note that most packages are not delivered directly to your building. You will get a slip of paper in the post telling you when and where you can pick it up. KTH Relocation is not able to accept packages on your behalf before your arrival.

Problems when moving in

If your apartment is not cleaned when you move in, please fill out the form for fault reports  and contact Accommodation@kth.se right away.
