- The AlbaNova Conference room on the 5th floor. (The AlbaNova reference group use this, others can rent if it is available.
- Rotundan with associated conference desk and luggage room/wardrobe on the 5th floor.
- The atrium (Ljusgården) on the 4th floor.
- Roof terrace on the 8th floor.
- Public areas in the building.

The lounge room and the tables next to Restaurant Entré
The lounge room room: This space needs to be booked. It cannot be booked during lunchtime. Please do not contact the restaurant, instead email your booking request to the service team at

The tables outside the restaurant in the corridor: Restaurant Entré usually uses this space at lunchtime. Other times, you may use this space for different events. Please do not contact the restaurant directly, instead send your booking requests to
service@albanova.se

Note: In these spaces it is free to hire any of the KTH's contracted catering companies or bring your own drink / food.
(If you arrange an event in the main dining hall in the restaurang - then you need to hire the restaurants catering).
Tip when organizing conferences or other events
Contact Albanova Internal Service if you want to borrow:
- Additional plastic tables or bar tables
- Extra trash baskets
- Extra outlets to place in lecture halls for computers (for the audience)
