At the School of Engineering Sciences there are two Impact responsibles and a communicator who work together with Impact.
KTH contributes to the surrounding society through the research, education and collaboration conducted here. To find methods for measuring our contribution and impact on society as well as to improve our business, work on Impact at SCI School as well as at other schools at KTH is ongoing.
Collection of Case for support
Do you have a project that you want to develop and need financing? Right now, the SCI impact group is collecting Case for support, which we will submit to the Development Office at KTH, who is about to find financiers for your projects.

We are currently doing an inventory of impact cases at SCI school. The purpose is to get an overview of research and education so that we can highlight our positive examples of when our activities affect society and people outside the university.

- Lunch and learn sessions on impact
During year 2018 SCI-School together with KTH Research Office organised three lunch seminars with an impact focus. We hope to continue with this during 2019. - PhD Course on Impact
Last autumn, the SCI school together with the EECS school we organized a PhD course on impact, " From Research to Impact ". - KTH Sustainability Research Day
Researchers from the SCI school participated at the , November 14, 2018 and held poster sessions to show their impact cases. Impact responsible Zuheir Barsoum was one of the invited speakers and presented his research.
