Workshop on carbon budget and academic work
Open invite to researchers at Swedish universities
The Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and University of Borås (HB) jointly invites researchers at universities to a workshop on climate conscious ways of working. The workshop is focused on sharing experiences, solutions to goal conflicts, finding new cultures and ways of collaborating with high quality.

HB has implemented a carbon budget for the whole organisation to reduce emissions from travelling for work and the risk- and consequense analysis shows that goal conflicts exist. KTH will soon decide whether or not to implement a carbon budget in which reduced emissions from traveling for work is included. The workshop is an opportunity to talk about problem statements and to reason about solutions, which can be used as an aid in the universities' attempts at implementation to reduce emissions from travelling and to give possible solutions for the goal conflicts. Researchers contribute with their perspectives on working climate conscious as a researcher.
