  • Teacher teams and critical friends

The project will define procedures for building and maintaining teaching teams for all major courses and for organising "critical friends" groups in all departments of the school. The purpose is to secure education quality. The project is carried out at the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) within the framework of KTH's change programme Future Education at KTH.

  • Flexible recorded material for active learning

During the pancemic we created recorded materials, and then we went back to teaching on campus. Our aim is to find a middle way: to record a flexible material for basic physics courses so that each teacher can choose which parts to cover during lectures, and which to cover in recordnings.

  • Increased student completion

The project examines the reasons for low student completion rates on chemical engineering programmes by looking at data and interviewing students about their experiences and challenges, and proposes actions to improve them.
