    The department of learning has developed research into STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and digital learning in order to take a holistic approach to research in learning at all levels, from pre-school to higher education. Current research areas and teams are digital learning, global competence, engineering education in society, studies in higher education organisation (HEOS) and learning in science and technology.
