This is the content of the fall release, implemented 2024-03-26.
New report for doctoral studies officers (KTH proposal)
Doctoral studies officers (role 4 in the approval process) will have access to the report "Logs and status history" previously only accessible for superadmins.
A link in the study plan will open the previous version in a new window (KTH proposal)
A link will open the previous version in a new window, meaning that if a user is reviewing a draft of version 4, the link will open version 3 in a new window.
Establishers get access to a new report (GU proposal)
Establishers and acting establishers will have access to the report "Doctoral students without study plans"
Report made more user-friendly (GU proposal)
The report called "Report - Study plans" will have five premade search configurations.
Filter for Discontinuation / Degree issued (LIU proposal)
The report "Report - Information in study plans" will have a filter to not show study plans with Discontinuation or Degree issued, or to show only those study plans.
Function to copy previous study plan when creating a new one (LIU proposal)
When a new study plan is created for another subject, or for the same subject, a function will allow for copying the content of the old study plan. This means, when it is not enough to only start a revision, but a new study plan needs to be created.

Names of internal users updated more often (GU proposal)
When a supervisor or programme director changes name in the HR system, the new name will be imported into the ISP system every time a study plan is opened for editing, not like today only at the start of each revision. (Only internal users are registered in the HR system, and this is for when a user for example changes their last name.)
Function to choose columns under Study plans (GU proposal)
The user will be able to choose what columns with info will be displayed on the page Study plans.
More filter functions for superadmin (LIU proposal)
The superadmin will have more functions to filter information in the columns.
Observer permission will be called Reading permission (GU proposal)
The permission will change name to correspond to Ladok.
Remove parentheses on the Overview page (GU proposal)
Unnecessary parentheses will be removed: "2023-04-06: (Energy Technology, First name Last name: version 6)"
