Schedule release with login and new function
In order to increase the security for people at risk, a login function will be introduced to the schedule in TimeEdit from 15 December. After that, only details regarding the date, time and course will be visible publicly. Users with a KTH account will be able to see more details, which will be editable by staff.
Schedule with both public and hidden view
From 15 December, a login will be introduced to the schedule at KTH to increase security for people at risk. This means that:
- The public schedule will remain - but only show the date, time and course.
- Teacher and room information will be hidden and placed in a logged-in view for teachers and students.
- A new function enables the change of description directly in the schedule: teachers and administrative staff will be able to change the booking text of the activities where they themselves stand as staff. See instructions on How to View the Schedule in TimeEdit .
