Vote on improvements to Canvas
Anyone with a Canvas account can participate
Do you want to influence the development of Canvas in the coming six months? In that case, you can vote on various proposed improvements during a period in April. The only requirement is that you have a Canvas account and an opinion. Here you can read more about how you go about voting.
What is the voting about?
The company behind Canvas, Instructure, receives ideas for improvements daily, which they collect under different themes. Every six months, all users get to vote on about a dozen selected themes to help Instructure prioritize them based on the needs of Canvas users. The vote will therefore influence the development of Canvas in the coming six months.
Users worldwide will vote, so feel free to spread this to your colleagues to have a greater impact on the result.
For more information on the underlying process, read How do Ideas and Themes work in the Instructure Community? (community.canvaslms.com) .
When does the voting take place?
Voting takes place between the 3rd and 28th of April, 2023. Future voting windows will be during October and February.
Who can vote?
Anyone with a Canvas account can vote.
