At the meeting, we look forward to discussing different forms of collaborative elements in education, different roles and responsibilities, industry demand and KTH's teachers' need for support.

The PriU group deals with issues of collaboration in education. For material and interesting reading on the theme, read more on the Connections to professional practice group web page .

Many of KTH's degree programmes have a natural link to working life outside academia. In several cases, the environments have established contacts with the surrounding society, businesses and organisations. In some cases, the external contacts established through research projects are also used to create links to working life and collaboration within the programme. However, there is room for development in some areas in terms of the link to working life, for example in the form of more activities, clear learning objectives, examination and progression through the educational programmes. The aim is for teaching staff to work actively, continuously and systematically with the link to working life within their area of expertise.
