Examinations

Here is important information regarding the scheduling of examinations. In this context, examinations refer to Examination (EXAM), Written Examination (TEN), Re-examination (OMTE), and Partial Exam (KS).

EXAM

Please note that EXAM (Examination) is not the same as TEN (Written Examination).
EXAM does not generate central administrative support.

Examination Format

Unless otherwise specified, examinations are assumed to be conducted in standard classrooms with traditional exam seating arrangements, i.e., one student in every other seat.

Please indicate if you require a different type of room, such as a computer lab, or a different seating arrangement, for example for an oral examination.

Also specify if no room is required at all, such as for a home examination.

For clarity, please state the examination format, such as oral examination or home examination.

Use the Comments for scheduler field on the examination row.

Examination Module

It is mandatory to specify an examination module for TEN, OMTE, and KS activities.

An examination module is required for the examination to be transferred to other systems and to receive administrative support. Read more about the Examination Module .

Digicertus

For a digital written exam (TEN), re-exam (OMTE), or partial exam (KS) conducted in a computer lab, you must specify whether or not lockdown mode ( Digicertus ) is required.

If selected, this will automatically enable computer lockdown during the examination:
