Report activity to the internal KTH calendar
Use this form to report an activity or event that you wish to be published in the KTH calendar on the intranet. Use this form for activities that are directed towards staff or students at KTH.
Read this before filling out the form:
- Only activities arranged by KTH will be considered.
- You need to register the event or activity at least one week prior to the start date of the activity.
- Only activities reported through this form will be published in the KTH calendar.
- Do not report public defences of doctoral theses and licentiate seminars here. These activities are published by the KTH school administrators.
- Describe the activity clear and concise, in both Swedish and English (if it’s relevant to the target audience).
