Life and Career Planning
KTH employees are offered life and career coaching to strengthen employability as well as personal and professional development. Together with your manager, you apply to the programme and, with support from a coach, develop a personal action plan. The programme concludes with a joint meeting where you, your manager, and the coach continue working with the plan to support ongoing life and career development.
KTH employees have the opportunity to take part in life and career coaching to strengthen their employability and receive support in their personal and professional development. You apply actively together with your manager to the Life and Career Planning programme (LOK) in order to participate in the coaching.
With support from a coach, you develop a personal action plan that focuses on your current situation and your future development. Selected parts of the action plan are then further developed together with your manager and coach in a concluding meeting, with the aim of promoting your personal life and career development.
Life and Career Planning (LOK)
LOK is a programme that offers KTH employees individual guidance and coaching with an external coach from Starck&Partner. The purpose of the coaching is to provide support and serve as a sounding board for reflection and planning of continued development. The goal is to increase awareness of one’s own choices and decisions.
During the programme, participants develop their own action plan, which serves as a tool to clarify opportunities, increase self-awareness, and contribute to a better balance between work and private life.
The manager’s engagement in the individual action plan is highly valuable. Please feel free to contact us if you, as a manager, would like additional support in how to actively work with the action plan together with the employee.
